Exchange in Pakistan Stitched Items We are happy to offer an exchange for stitched, unused items in their original condition— unwashed, undamaged, and with tags intact—within 7 days of delivery. Please note that items with loose or broken tags will not qualify for an exchange. Additionally, any returns that are damaged, soiled, perfumed or have any makeup mark may be declined and returned to the customer. Unstitched Items There is no return and exchange policy on unstitched collections. Any complaint regarding the material of the clothing will be catered within 7 working days of receiving the outfits. If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, a refund against return will be issued only if it is approved by the customer care team. International Exchange Policy • Exchanges or returns are not permitted for international orders unless the product is damaged or defective. • We do not process merchandise exchanges or returns for items shipped internationally. • Please note that duties or taxes may apply if you return items to us. To avoid any issues, kindly contact our customer care team before initiating a return shipment. We will not be responsible for any duties or taxes incurred during the return process. Please note • All custom-made orders are non-returnable. • No Exchanges on discounted/sale merchandise. • We do not offer a refund policy. • Any complaint that is reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. Steps to Initiate the Exchange Process 1. To exchange a product, please email your order ID along with the product code to info@sajniofficial.com, and our team will guide you through the process. Alternatively, you can contact us at +1-(647)-769-7909 for assistance. 2. Wait for a confirmation email from our team before proceeding with the exchange process. 3. Securely pack the product, preferably in its original packaging, and send it back to us via courier. Detailed instructions will be provided in the confirmation email.
